On Sunday morning at 03:25 am, the Police was notified of a severe accident at the location of the former House of Cheng. Upon arrival, the patrol unit found a Nissan March, silver color, with license plate A-65717, crashed into a tree. Citizens who were present at the scene tried to revive the victim. An ambulance also arrived at the scene and made their utmost efforts, but unfortunately, they couldn’t do anything more for the victim.
At 4:09 am, Dr. Mungra pronounced Ray Kelvin Zambrano Burgos, born on December 18, 1996, in Aruba, deceased. Traffic police and forensic investigators were present at the scene to conduct their investigation. Victim support services also provided assistance to the family of the deceased.
