The goal of this is to gain a better understanding of phenomena or trends related to criminality. The Aruba Police Force is looking for two (2) local individuals, both female and male, to apply for the position of operational analyst S9.

To apply, there are certain requirements to fulfill:
- A diploma in HBO in the field of security (e.g., criminology or security studies)
- A demonstrable connection to the Caribbean part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
- Experience with methods and techniques
- Ability to work independently with various computer programs
- Good skills in searching open sources
- Affinity and/or experience with investigation and undermining issues
- Strong written and oral skills in the Dutch language
- Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Papiamento and knowledge of Spanish are a plus.
